QUALITY CONTROLS

We meet and exceed all industry standards for cleaning and sanitizing our equipment including ATP testing with Hygiena SystemSURE prior to each run. We are happy to share our CIP procedures/protocols upon request. We use Birko cleaning products which are approved under the USDA National Organic Program. During the canning process, we use inlet pressure & temperature monitors to ensure the integrity of the product is maintained throughout. We also regularly pull cans from the line to weigh them and measure seams. Additionally, our high-end air compressor is complete with a refrigerated air dryer and coalescing air filter to keep the product cold, clean, and particle free as it goes through the canning and seaming process.
